Product Introduction
This machine supports panel sizes ranging from 50 x 50 mm to 350 x 380 mm, and can process panel thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 3.6 mm. The machine's operating speed is adjustable between 0 and 200 mm/s, maintaining a product processing accuracy of ±0.5 mm. It operates on a 220V power supply and has a rated power of 4 kW.
The machine is equipped with a CCD camera positioning system and a mark point calibration function for high-precision control. It also features dual upper and lower vacuum ports to ensure clean production. The core cutting unit is equipped with an 800-watt motor with a maximum speed of 13,000 rpm. It features a dual work platform, supports a rotating head for splitting, and uses a serrated blade to separate panels.
The overall dimensions are 1065 mm long, 1065 mm wide, and 1520 mm high, meeting the space requirements of various production environments.
