Wholesale PCB V-Cut Depaneling Machine EXE3000

Wholesale PCB V-Cut Depaneling Machine EXE3000

The EXE3000 separates V-scored panels by moving the blade instead of the board. The panel rests on the lower linear blade with the V-groove seated on the edge. Press the foot switch and the upper circular blade travels along the groove to the preset stop point.
Because the board never moves, components are not shaken and solder joints are not stressed. That is the whole reason to use this machine instead of breaking panels by hand.
It handles FR-4, aluminium-backed LED boards, CEM-1, fibreglass, ceramic and paper-based boards, from 0.5 to 3.6 mm thick, in cut lengths up to 360 mm.

Features & Advantages(Pcbs V Cut Groove Routing Machine EXE3000)

Low-Stress, High-Speed V-Scored Separation for High-Yield SMT Production

1. Stress-Free Component & Solder Protection

  • Eliminates Panel Separation Damage: Traditional manual snapping often causes trace fractures or damages delicate SMT components. The moving circular-blade design minimizes mechanical stress, preventing solder joint micro-cracking and component failure to boost yield rates.

2. High-Precision Shearing Action

  • Smooth & Burr-Free Cuts: Features a top circular blade and a bottom stationary flat blade. The board rests securely on the lower blade; upon pedal activation, the upper circular blade traverses horizontally to cut the panel cleanly without edge burrs or delamination.

3. Smart Microcomputer Control & Speed Adjustment

  • Precise Positioning & High Stability: Programmed via an integrated microcomputer for high-precision stroke limits and consistent performance across cutting lengths up to 360 mm.
  • Dual Speed Settings: Selectable cutting speeds (300 mm/s and 500 mm/s) allow operators to balance cycle time and cut quality.

4. Flexible Blade & Worktable Micro-Adjustments

  • Blade Height Micro-Adjustment (0–2 mm): Fine-tunes blade clearance to handle varying PCB thicknesses and accommodate inconsistencies in V-CUT depth.
  • Adjustable Blade Travel (0–360 mm): Stroke length can be customized with adjustable stop points matching specific board dimensions to minimize idle travel time.
  • Worktable Height Adjustment (0–50 mm): Adjustable table height provides optimal board support, further reducing bending stress during cut cycles.

5. Unlimited Panel Size Compatibility

  • Unrestricted Panel Width & Rear Depth: Designed with an open-back architecture allowing unlimited rear depth and panel width.
  • Broad Board Capability: Handles maximum board lengths up to 360 mm, total board thicknesses from 0.2 to 5.0 mm, and residual V-score web thicknesses from 0.25 to 2.0 mm.

6. Heavy-Duty Tooling & Modular Automation

  • Durable High-Speed Steel (HSS) Blades: Upper and lower blades are made from imported premium HSS, offering exceptional wear resistance and regrindable serviceability.
  • Precision Mechanical Limiters: Quick-adjust mechanical stops facilitate rapid changeovers between different product sizes.
  • Optional Conveyor Integration: Compatible with an automated discharge conveyor belt for seamless downstream handling.

Why This Design Eliminates Board Strain

1. Continuous Support & True Shearing Action

  • Zero-Flex Separation: The stationary lower blade supports the panel along the entire length of the V-groove, keeping the board completely flat during the cut.
  • Burr-Free Edge: The upper circular blade cleanly shears the residual V-score web instead of tearing it, delivering a flat, smooth, and burr-free edge without subjecting component solder joints to bending stress.

2. Repeatable Micro-Adjustment Precision

  • Precision Blade Clearance: Built-in 0–2 mm micro-adjustment allows fine-tuning of blade clearance to match your exact PCB thickness and V-score depth.
  • Batch Consistency: Once calibrated, every board in the production batch experiences identical, ultra-low stress separation for uniform product quality.

3. Open-Back Architecture for Large Panels

  • Zero Mechanical Interference: The open-back design ensures the PCB is never squeezed or restricted by machine side-walls during processing.
  • Unrestricted Panel Width: Board width is completely unconstrained, giving your line maximum flexibility for current and future PCB sizes without requiring new equipment.

FAQ

Q: What boards can the EXE3000 cut?

A: Any board with a V-groove: FR-4, aluminium-backed LED boards, CEM-1, fibreglass, ceramic and paper-based boards, from 0.5 to 3.6 mm thick. V-groove residual web from 0.25 to 2.0 mm.

Q: Can it cut curves or L-shapes?

A: No. It cuts straight lines along the V-groove only. For curved outlines, L-shapes or tab routing you need a PCB routing machine (milling type). Send us your panel drawing and we will tell you which one fits.

Q: How fast is one cut?

A: Blade speed is 300 or 500 mm/s. A 360 mm panel separates in under a second at 500 mm/s. Loading and unloading time is on top of that - tell us your panel size and shift target and we will work out the throughput.

Q: How close can components sit to the V-groove?

A: Leave at least 1.0 mm between the V-groove edge and the nearest component. Closer than that and the blade can touch the part when the board flexes.

Q: What if my panel is longer than 360 mm?

A: Panel width and rear depth are not limited - the back is open, so the board can hang out. Cut length is limited to 360 mm as standard. Longer blades can be made to order; send us the panel length.

Q: How long do the blades last?

A: Both blades are high-speed steel and can be re-ground when the edge dulls. Service life depends on board material and V-groove depth - we will give you a figure once we know your panel. Re-grinding service is available.

Q: What do you need to give me a quote?

A:Panel drawing or a sample board, board material and thickness, V-groove residual thickness, and cut length. Send us a sample and we will run it and return the cut pieces with a video before quoting.
